Keith
Craft is a well-known custom engine builder. Keith
Craft Inc., his engine-building
company, has been in business since 1984 and is located in Arkadelphia,
Arkansas.
Keith is one of the leading Ford engine builders in the country, but also
does several GM
and Chrysler engines as well.
He supplies engines to many of the Cobra replica builders and suppliers
in the country,
including Kirkham Motorsports. He also supplies all of the engines for
the Unique
Performance Shelby Continuation Mustangs.
He is actively involved with 5.0 enthusiasts, NHRA racers, circle track
racers, and many
others. He has over 30 years of professional personal experience in the
racing industry
with over 40 National NHRA records set by owners and customers.
When he is not working or spending time with his family, he enjoys racing
his late-model
modified dirt car.
Rob Camp is a 1982 graduate
of Northwestern Business/Technical College with a
diploma in Automotive Diesel Technician.
He started working for Ford dealerships shortly after graduation. During
the next 22
years, he held positions as Auto Technician, Group Leader, Shop Foreman,
Assistant
Service Manager, and Senior Master Technician. As of 2003 there were only
6 Senior
Master Technicians working in the Dallas/Ft Worth area.
Rob began working for Keith Craft Motorsports as a part-time employee
when the facility
opened in June 2003. In January 2004, he became a full partner with Keith.
When Rob is not working or spending time with his family, he is clutch
and transmission
man on Kebin Kinsley's Top Alcohol Funny Car - WILDCHILD.
On April 2, 2006 they won
a national race in Houston, Texas, and on April 30, 2006, they won a divisional
points
race in Ennis, Texas.
